By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately. 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By using our services, you affirm that: - You are at least eighteen (18) years of age. - You possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. - You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry guidelines. - You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. 2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES YBR Media Group provides marketing, training, coaching, automation, compliance education, lead generation strategies, business development resources, websites, landing pages, digital marketing tools, AI-powered solutions, CRM integrations, direct mail solutions, webinar platforms, and educational resources designed to assist Network Marketers, Home-Based Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, Small Business Owners, Sales Professionals, and Marketing Professionals. Our services are intended to help users build compliant businesses while utilizing ethical marketing practices. We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any portion of our services at any time without prior notice. 3. COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS YBR Media Group is committed to ethical and compliant marketing. Users agree that they will NOT: - Send unsolicited commercial email (SPAM) - Send unsolicited text messages - Purchase or use illegal lead lists - Engage in deceptive marketing practices - Violate TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable regulations - Misrepresent products, services, income opportunities, or business results All leads, prospects, subscribers, and contacts must be obtained through lawful opt-in methods. Acceptable marketing methods include Direct Mail, Email Marketing (with consent), Webinars, Trade Shows, Networking Events, Social Media Marketing, Online Advertising, Educational Content Marketing, and Referral Marketing. Failure to comply may result in immediate account suspension or termination. 4. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES Users agree to provide accurate registration information, maintain confidentiality of account credentials, immediately notify YBR Media Group of unauthorized access, and assume responsibility for all activities conducted through their account. 5. PAYMENT TERMS All fees are billed according to the selected service plan. By submitting payment information, you authorize YBR Media Group to process recurring charges where applicable. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable, subscription fees continue until canceled, and chargebacks filed without first contacting support may result in account suspension. Users are responsible for all applicable taxes. 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content, systems, training materials, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, videos, websites, and marketing resources provided by YBR Media Group remain the exclusive property of YBR Media Group. Users may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or modify any materials without written permission. 7. EARNINGS DISCLAIMER YBR Media Group does not guarantee income, profits, leads, sales, customers, business growth, or specific results. Any examples of earnings, testimonials, or success stories are provided for educational purposes only. Results vary based upon effort, experience, market conditions, compliance practices, and numerous factors beyond our control. 10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, YBR Media Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 11. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YBR Media Group, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, and legal fees resulting from your violation of these Terms. 12. TERMINATION YBR Media Group may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of the platform, non-payment, or compliance violations. Upon termination, access to services may be revoked, outstanding balances remain due, and data may be retained or deleted according to our Privacy Policy. 13. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within Arizona. 14. MODIFICATIONS YBR Media Group reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 15.
